Motociclistas da Guarda Municipal detêm condutor de moto flagrado com placa coberta – Prefeitura da Cidade do Rio de Janeiro

Uma equipe do Grupamento de Guardas Motociclistas (GGM) realizou, nesta quinta-feira (11/4), mais uma prisão de condutor de veículo após ser flagrado circulando com a placa coberta na Avenida Brasil. A Guarda Municipal está reforçando a fiscalização na via expressa para coibir o acesso indevido às faixas seletiva e exclusiva do BRT Transbrasil, mas, durante o patrulhamento de rotina, os guardas do GGM já flagraram pelo menos dez veículos circulando com uma ou duas das placas cobertas, desde o final de fevereiro.

No flagrante desta quinta, o condutor era um motociclista, que estava circulando na pista exclusiva do BRT, na altura do Hospital Federal de Bonsucesso. Ao ser abordado, ele desobedeceu a ordem dos agentes e fugiu, transitando, inclusive, pela calçada, colocando em risco a segurança de pedestres e demais condutores. Com o auxílio de uma viatura da Polícia Militar, o homem foi detido na altura de Benfica.

Ele foi conduzido para a 17ª DP (São Cristóvão), onde a moto ficou apreendida. Em seguida, foi levado para a 19ª DP (Tijuca), onde o caso foi registrado.
