PM lança diretriz para fortalecer o combate ao crime organizado em São Paulo
A Polícia Militar lançou uma diretriz de combate ao crime organizado, que determina um plano de ações e estratégias para os agentes de segurança para enfrentamento às organizações criminosas. Integrantes de diferentes divisões da corporação participaram do evento, realizado nesta terça-feira (16), na zona oeste de São Paulo.
A nova diretriz vai orientar sobre a atuação dos policiais militares para fazerem frente ao crime organizado, sobre a importância da capacitação e da reação das forças de segurança de forma estratégica para desmantelar esses grupos.
Os agentes participarão de cursos de combate ao crime organizado, de inteligência financeira e cyber inteligência, estruturados pelo Centro de Inteligência da Polícia Militar.
Na atual gestão da Secretaria da Segurança Pública, diversas operações foram viabilizadas para combater a atuação dos criminosos, asfixiando financeiramente a estrutura criminal. “Agora, a criação de uma cultura organizacional voltada para o combate ao crime organizado vai fazer ainda mais diferença em todos os indicadores criminais, como já temos visto resultados efetivos nos últimos tempos”, enfatizou o secretário estadual da Segurança Pública, Guilherme Derrite.
O documento destaca os termos no enfrentamento às diferentes situações que os agentes públicos estão suscetíveis, como terrorismo, crime organizado, organização criminosa, terrorismo criminal, insurgência criminal e “black points”. A intenção é preparar os policiais para agirem em qualquer uma dessas ocasiões.
“Há alguns anos era praticamente proibido falar em terrorismo no Brasil, mesmo com 20 criminosos armados com fuzis e explosivos, atirando em um policial, mesmo com essas quadrilhas implantando medo na população, dominando cidades. Nessa diretriz falamos disso. A única diferença do terrorismo que acontece aqui para o de outros países é que não tem uma motivação política ou religiosa. A finalidade é exclusivamente econômica, o bandido quer dinheiro”, pontuou o comandante-geral da Polícia Militar, coronel Cássio Araújo de Freitas.
Ele explicou que é dever da Polícia Militar acabar com a cultura ilícita das facções criminosas e construir uma “blindagem ética da instituição” para agir em diferentes condições, atacando os alicerces que mantêm organização criminosa: economia e cultura ilícitas, domínio de território, cognição e ação criminal. “É dever da instituição agir com estratégia para acabar quebrar ou criar fissuras em todos eles.”
