Agência Minas Gerais | Secretarias de Educação e Casa Civil acompanham ações em celebração a Semana de Conscientização sobre o Autismo
Em seguimento às atividades do Dia Mundial de Conscientização do Autismo, ocorrido em 2/4, e em consonância com a Semana de Conscientização sobre o Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA), as secretarias de Estado de Educação de Minas Gerais (SEE/MG) e de Casa Civil organizaram, nesta quinta-feira (4/4), uma visita à Escola Estadual Doutor Antônio Augusto Soares Canedo, em Belo Horizonte. O propósito foi conhecer o trabalho pedagógico realizado na unidade escolar em prol da inclusão dos estudantes autistas.
Durante a visita, os estudantes autistas, juntamente com os demais da educação especial do terceiro ano do ensino fundamental, apresentaram uma poesia emocionante. Adicionalmente, os estudantes dos 4º e 5º anos do Ensino Fundamental em Tempo Integral encantaram a escola com a música “Meu Olhar Azul”, canção infantil sobre o Autismo, criada pelo educador musical e compositor Marcelo Serralva.
Emocionado, o secretário de Estado de Educação, Igor de Alvarenga, enfatizou a importância de discutir a inclusão escolar de forma efetiva e colaborativa.
“Este é um tema que deve ser abordado constantemente, pois a prática inclusiva depende do envolvimento de cada indivíduo. Como política pública, incentivamos e promovemos ações para que a inclusão seja uma realidade cotidiana. Em Minas, cada estudante tem o direito de aprender, independentemente de qualquer fator. A inclusão é uma prioridade para a Secretaria de Educação”, ressaltou Alvarenga.
Por sua vez, o secretário de Estado de Casa Civil, Marcelo Aro, interagiu com as crianças, realizou atividades lúdicas e, em sua fala, reforçou a importância de uma educação inclusiva.
“Cada um de nós é único, e é essa diversidade que nos torna especiais. Portanto, é fundamental respeitar as diferenças e garantir a inclusão de todos. Esta é uma responsabilidade séria, e é isso que estamos comprometidos em fazer”, destacou Aro.
Semana de Conscientização sobre o Autismo
Na última terça-feira, foi publicada no Diário Oficial do Estado de Minas Gerais a Resolução Conjunta entre as Secretarias de Estado de Casa Civil, Desenvolvimento Social, Educação, Saúde, Planejamento e Gestão, e Polícia Civil de Minas Gerais. Esta resolução estabelece as ações a serem executadas pelos órgãos durante a Semana de Conscientização sobre o Autismo em Minas Gerais.
Coordenada pela Secretaria de Casa Civil, a Semana visa sensibilizar, informar e capacitar a população sobre o TEA. Entre as ações planejadas estão a disponibilização de conteúdos didáticos sobre o autismo para toda a rede de ensino estadual, abordando temas como diagnóstico, tratamento, inclusão escolar e qualidade de vida das pessoas com autismo.
Além disso, serão divulgados materiais informativos em unidades de saúde e outros espaços de acesso público, como as Unidades de Atendimento Integrado (UAI), com o intuito de disseminar conhecimento e combater estigmas e preconceitos.
A resolução também inclui a realização de capacitação para profissionais da saúde e da educação, visando aprimorar a qualidade dos serviços prestados e promover a inclusão escolar e social das pessoas com TEA.
Live Diálogos Inclusivos
Para encerrar a semana, as Secretarias de Educação e Casa Civil realizarão uma live educativa nesta sexta-feira (5/4), das 10h às 11h, no canal do Youtube do Estúdio Educação, com o tema: “Diálogos Inclusivos: acessibilidade pedagógica como prática possível”. Os participantes discutirão sobre a responsabilidade do poder público na divulgação de informações sobre o transtorno, bem como sobre a acessibilidade pedagógica, que permite aos estudantes com autismo se envolverem com o currículo de forma inclusiva.
Ações na rede estadual
Os estudantes com TEA têm o direito de participar de todos os projetos e programas realizados nas escolas da rede estadual de ensino, garantindo-lhes acesso ao conhecimento de maneira inclusiva e equitativa. Atualmente, cerca de 21 mil estudantes com TEA estão matriculados nas escolas estaduais.
Para apoiar o processo de escolarização desses estudantes, a SEE disponibiliza atendimentos educacionais especializados (AEE) na forma de Sala de Recursos, Professor de Apoio à Comunicação, Linguagem e Tecnologias Assistivas (ACLTA), Tradutor Intérprete de Libras (TILS) e Guia Intérprete (GI). Além disso, são oferecidos cursos de formação continuada para profissionais da educação, visando aprimorar suas práticas pedagógicas.
O programa Se Liga na Educação, exibido de segunda a sexta na Rede Minas, também está com uma programação especial nesta Semana de Conscientização sobre o Autismo. Ao longo da semana, estão sendo veiculados na emissora o Minuto Se Liga sobre o tema. E encerrando a programação, o canal o canal 9.2, na multiprogramação da emissora, terá uma programação especial sobre inclusão e diversidade nesta sexta-feira (5/4).
Dia de Conscientização
O Dia Nacional de Conscientização sobre o Autismo, celebrado em 2/4, tem como objetivo promover o conhecimento sobre o espectro autista e os direitos das pessoas com autismo, contribuindo para a redução da discriminação e do preconceito. Este dia foi instituído pela Lei nº 13.652, de 13 de abril de 2018, e é reconhecido internacionalmente desde 2007 pela Organização das Nações Unidas (ONU).
